WorkBooth acoustic booths are designed to provide a quiet, comfortable and functional workspace for video calls, focused work, private conversations and small meetings. To ensure long-lasting performance, safe operation and a consistently pleasant user experience, please read and follow the instructions in this manual.
This manual applies to WorkBooth acoustic booth models, including single-person (WorkBooth One) and multi-person (WorkBooth Two, Four) configurations. Some functions may vary depending on the model and selected configuration.
2. Intended UseWorkBooth is intended for indoor office use only.
The booth may be used for:
- video calls and online meetings;
- phone calls;
- focused individual work;
- confidential conversations;
- one-to-one meetings;
- small group discussions, depending on the model capacity.
The booth is not intended for sleeping, storage, medical treatment unless specifically configured for such use, food preparation, industrial activity or any use involving heat, smoke, open flames, liquids, chemicals or heavy equipment.
Do not exceed the recommended number of users for the specific booth model.
3. General Safety InstructionsUse the booth only in accordance with its intended purpose.
Do not climb on the booth, sit on the desk surface, lean heavily on the glass, hang heavy objects on panels or use the booth structure as support for external equipment.
Do not block the door or prevent it from opening freely.
Do not use the booth if any structural, electrical, glass, lighting, ventilation or door component appears damaged. In such cases, stop using the booth and contact WorkBooth or an authorized service partner.
Children should not use the booth without adult supervision.
Do not modify, drill, cut, repaint, rewire or disassemble any part of the booth without written approval from WorkBooth. Unauthorized modifications may affect safety, acoustic performance, ventilation, warranty coverage and product lifespan.
4. Installation and Location RequirementsWorkBooth should be installed only by WorkBooth-certified installers or authorized installation partners.
The booth must be installed on a flat, stable, dry and level floor suitable for the booth’s weight and intended use.
The booth must be placed in an indoor environment with normal office conditions. Avoid installation in areas exposed to:
- direct rain or moisture;
- condensation;
- extreme heat or cold;
- direct sunlight for extended periods;
- high humidity;
- dust-heavy or industrial environments;
- strong vibrations;
- corrosive substances;
- open flames or heat sources.
Maintain sufficient clearance around the booth for air circulation, door operation, cleaning and future service access.
Do not place the booth directly against heating radiators, air conditioning outlets, humidifiers, kitchen appliances or other sources of strong temperature or humidity variation.
5. Environmental ConditionsTo protect the booth materials and ensure user comfort, the recommended operating environment is a controlled indoor climate.
Recommended conditions:
- temperature: typical indoor office range;
- relative humidity: approximately 40–60%;
- dry, ventilated room;
- no sudden temperature changes.
Sudden changes in temperature or humidity may affect surface finishes, wood elements, acoustic materials, seals and other components.
Do not place extremely hot or cold objects directly on booth surfaces.
6. Entering and Using the BoothOpen and close the door gently. Do not slam the door, force the handle, hold the door open with objects or obstruct the closing mechanism.
Once inside, use the booth in a seated or normal working position.
Do not cover sensors, ventilation outlets, lighting elements or control panels.
7. Door and Glass CareThe booth door and glass panels are important structural and acoustic elements.
Handle them carefully.
Do not:
- slam the door;
- push the glass surface with excessive force;
- attach stickers, films, hooks or signage without approval;
- use abrasive tools or aggressive chemicals on glass or seals.
Clean glass with a soft cloth and a suitable glass cleaner. Spray the cleaner onto the cloth rather than directly onto the booth, especially near seals, electronics or wooden elements. Avoid using acetone or solvents, as they can damage the glass seal.
If the door does not close smoothly, makes unusual noise or appears misaligned, do not adjust it yourself. Contact WorkBooth or an authorized service partner.
8. Ventilation SystemWorkBooth booths are equipped with a built-in ventilation system designed to provide fresh air during use and support comfort inside the booth.
Do not block ventilation openings, fans, air inlets or outlets.
Do not insert objects into ventilation openings.
Do not cover the ventilation system with papers, bags, clothing, acoustic panels or decorative elements.
If airflow becomes noticeably weaker, louder than usual or stops working, discontinue use and contact WorkBooth or an authorized service partner.
Do not attempt to open, clean or repair internal ventilation components unless instructed by WorkBooth.
9. LightingWorkBooth lighting is designed to support both comfortable work and professional video calls.
Use lighting controls only as intended. Do not touch LED elements, remove covers, replace lights or modify the lighting system without authorization.
Do not place anything directly against lighting elements.
If the lights flicker, stop working, overheat or behave unusually, stop using the booth and contact WorkBooth or an authorized service partner.
10. Electrical Components and Power UseWorkBooth may include electrical sockets, USB ports, USB-C ports, wireless charging, booking screens, sensors, lighting and ventilation components depending on the model and configuration.
Use only compatible office equipment such as laptops, smartphones, tablets, chargers and video conferencing devices.
Do not connect high-power appliances, heaters, kettles, coffee machines, extension chains, industrial tools or devices that exceed the electrical load specified for the booth in the OWNER’S MANUAL.
Do not use damaged cables or chargers inside the booth.
Do not spill liquids near sockets, USB ports, wireless charging areas, control panels or screens.
Do not attempt to repair or modify electrical components. All electrical service must be performed by qualified personnel authorized by WorkBooth.
If you notice smoke, burning smell, sparks, overheating, abnormal noise or visible electrical damage, stop using the booth immediately, disconnect it from power if safe to do so, and contact your facility management.
11. Booking Screen and Smart FeaturesSome WorkBooth configurations may include a booking screen, occupancy indicator, sensors and integrations with workplace calendar systems.
Use the booking interface only for its intended purpose.
Do not press the screen with sharp objects, apply excessive pressure, cover sensors, remove the screen, disconnect cables or attempt to reconfigure the system without authorization.
Clean the screen with a soft microfiber cloth. Do not use excessive liquid, alcohol-heavy cleaners, abrasive wipes or sprays directly on the screen.
If the booking status, occupancy indicator or screen behaves incorrectly, contact your facility manager, IT administrator, WorkBooth support or an authorized service partner.
12. Furniture and Interior ElementsDepending on the configuration, WorkBooth may include a desk, seat, hooks, magnetic surfaces, accessories and other interior elements.
Use these elements only as intended.
Do not overload the desk, hooks, magnetic wall or accessories. Do not stand, sit or climb on the desk. Do not use furniture elements as structural support.
Avoid dragging hard, sharp or rough objects across surfaces.
Use desk mats or protective pads if writing, drawing, using tools or working with objects that may scratch the surface.
Do not leave liquids, wet cups, hot drinks, food containers or chemical products directly on surfaces.
Clean spills immediately.
13. Cleaning: General RulesRegular cleaning helps maintain the booth’s appearance, comfort and hygiene.
Before cleaning, make sure electrical components are not exposed to moisture.
Use soft, clean, lint-free cloths.
Do not use abrasive sponges, powdered cleaners, harsh detergents, ammonia, acetone, solvents, bleach, furniture polish, aggressive alcohol-based cleaners or steam cleaners unless specifically approved for the material.
Do not spray cleaning products directly onto electrical parts, screens, sensors, sockets, ventilation openings or seams. Apply the product to a cloth first.
Always dry surfaces after cleaning.
Test any new cleaning product on a small, hidden area before applying it to visible surfaces.
14. Cleaning Acoustic Felt and Fabric SurfacesFor regular cleaning, vacuum acoustic felt and fabric surfaces gently using a soft upholstery attachment.
Do not use rotating brush attachments, hard brushes or aggressive scrubbing.
Remove dust and loose particles regularly.

15. Cleaning Wood SurfacesDust regularly with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Wipe dry immediately with a clean, soft cloth.
Clean in the direction of the grain where visible.
Do not use abrasive cleaners, ammonia, acetone, solvents, rough cloths or dirty rags.
Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, excessive humidity or dry heat.
Wipe spills immediately. Do not allow liquid to remain on wood surfaces.
Use protective mats when working with items that may scratch or stain the surface.
16. Cleaning Metal and Coated Metal PartsFor regular cleaning, wipe metal parts with a soft cloth dampened with mild detergent and warm water.

Do not use abrasive pads, steel wool, aggressive chemicals or solvent-based cleaners.
Polished or coated metal surfaces may scratch if cleaned with rough materials.

19. Liquids, Food and Personal ItemsTo keep the booth clean and safe for all users, avoid eating inside the booth.
Drinks should be kept in closed containers where possible.

20. Moving or Relocating the BoothDo not push, drag, tilt, lift or move the booth without authorization.
WorkBooth relocation must be performed by qualified personnel, certified installers or an authorized service partner.
Improper relocation may damage the booth structure, acoustic seals, glass, electrical system, ventilation system, floor surface or warranty coverage. Before relocation, the booth must be disconnected, prepared, protected, transported and reinstalled according to WorkBooth instructions.
21. Maintenance and InspectionRegular inspection helps prevent damage and ensures safe operation.
Facility managers should periodically check:
- door movement and closing;
- handle and hinges;
- glass condition;
- lighting operation;
- sockets and charging ports;
- booking screen and status indicator;
- interior surfaces;
- acoustic felt and upholstery;
- visible cables and technical panels;
- general cleanliness.
Any unusual sound, smell, vibration, damage, loose part or malfunction should be reported immediately.
Only authorized personnel should perform technical maintenance.
22. Prohibited ActionsThe following actions are prohibited:
- smoking or vaping inside the booth;
- using candles, open flames or heating devices;
- eating messy or strong-smelling food inside the booth;
- spilling liquids or using the booth with wet hands near electrical components;
- blocking ventilation openings;
- modifying electrical components;
- drilling, cutting, painting or attaching unauthorized fixtures;
- placing heavy objects on the roof;
- climbing on the booth;
- exceeding model capacity;
- using the booth as storage;
- pushing or dragging the booth;
- using abrasive or solvent-based cleaners;
- using the booth when damaged or malfunctioning.
23. TroubleshootingIf the booth does not appear to have power:
- check whether the booth is connected to the power supply;
- check whether the building power supply is functioning;
- contact facility management or WorkBooth support.
If ventilation is not working properly:
- make sure ventilation openings are not blocked;
- check whether the booth has power;
- contact WorkBooth support or an authorized service partner.
If lighting is not working:
- check whether the booth has power;
- check the control interface if applicable;

If the door does not close correctly:
- do not force it;
